Plot Summary:Property developer Phil Dolan (Jim Bannon) is out to turn the Mexican section of a California town into a factory site. But love, in the shape of Elena Sandoval (Jinx Falkenberg), intrudes on his plans and saves the Latin American community from unwanted progress.
